Lenovo LePhone S890 harga dan spesifikasi

Lenovo cukup giat merilis handphone Android terbaru, kali ini pabrikan asal Cina tersebut mengeluarkan seri S890 yang menggunakan layar berukuran jumbo.

Smartphone Android terbaru dari Lenovo secara resmi diperkenalkan kepada publik. Handphone pintar itu adalah LePhone S890 yang ditujukan untuk kalangan menengah ke atas.

Handphone ini hadir dengan layar berukuran 5 inci yang dilengkapi teknologi Color Enhance. Teknologi ini pun mampu menghadirkan gambar dengan lebih tajam. Belum ada informasi mengenai resolusi yang dipunyai oleh handphone ini.

Fitur Lenovo LePhone S890Lenovo menggunakan prosesor MTK6577 dual core ARM Cortex-A9 1.2GHz untuk handphone ini. Sedangkan sistem operasi yang dipakai adalah Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4. Di bagian memori, handphone ini mempunyai RAM 1GB dan memori internal berkapasitas 4GB.

Di bagian belakang, Lenovo menyematkan kamera primer 8MP. Tak lupa, handphone ini juga memiliki fitur dual SIM card dan dual mode. Baterai handphone ini pun berkapasitas cukup besar, 2250 mAh. Soal harga, handphone ini dijual di Cina dengan harga 1999 Yuan atau sekitar 3 juta rupiah.

Move, clone, and remove objects with Handy Photo

Available for iOS and Android, Handy Photo boasts the usual allotment of photo-editing tools plus a handful of unique features that let you remove, clone, and move objects in your photos.

There is a seemingly endless parade of photo-editing apps for iOS and for Android. Helping Handy Photo stand out from the crowd is a handful of tools that lets you remove, clone, and move objects in your photos, along with a reverse cropping feature that lets you extend the edges of your photos. For all of its tricks, Handy Photo costs a reasonable $1.99 and is availablefor iOS and for Android.

For iOS, Handy Photo is a universal app designed for the iPhone and iPad. Because of the variety of tools it affords, I tried it out on an iPad and its larger screen.

When you first launch the app, you'll see see three buttons to access your photo gallery, snap a shot with the app, or watch any of Handy Photo's helpful tutorial videos.

After you snap or load a photo, Handy Photo's main menu is accessible in the upper-right corner. Tap on the button and a dial appears that you can use to scroll through the various edit tools. You'll see standard tools such as Tone & Color, Filter, Textures, and Frames. These four tools are fairly straightforward, so let's spend our time together going over the other four: Magic Crop, Retouch, Clone Stamp, and Move Me.

With Magic Crop, you can "uncrop" a photo. That is, you can extend the frame beyond the borders of a photo, and Handy Photo will fill in the space outside the frame to match what is inside the frame. In testing, I found that Magic Crop isn't perfect but it's close; the developer recommends you use this tool on photos with natural landscapes and uniform or repeated backgrounds to get the best results. To use Magic Crop, select the tool from the upper-right menu and then you can either drag an edge to reposition it, or you can drag from inside the frame to drag the entire image. Using the Magic Crop menu in the lower-left corner, you can change the photo's orientation and rotate it.

The Retouch tool undersells itself. This isn't a tool to erase blemishes or redeye; this is a tool that removes entire objects from your photo. It's your weapon against photobombs. To use it, select the tool from the upper-right menu and then choose either the lasso or brush tool to highlight the object you want to remove. With the brush tool selected, a menu slides out from the right side, offering a button to adjust your brush radius. After you have selected the area to remove, simple tap the photo and -- poof! -- the object is gone. Again, you'll need to experiment to get the best results. You can pinch to zoom, for example, to make fine adjustments.

I doubt you'll have the need to use the Clone Stamp tool all that much, but it's a fun one. Select the tool from the upper-right menu and then choose either of the two stamp buttons in the lower-left menu: Classic or Pattern Clone Stamp. Classic is used to clone an entire object, while Pattern lets you paint a pattern of a small area selected. By far, the Classic Clone Stamp is the more useful tool. With it, you place the source pointer on the object you want to clone and then choose where you want it to be cloned and start drawing by swiping your finger. You can use the eraser tool to clean up the edges, and you can adjust the radius and smoothness of the clone tool from the menu on the right edge.

With the Move Me tool, you can move or copy objects in your photo or move an object to another photo. Like the Retouch tool, you can select an object with a lasso or brush tool. After you have your selected area (highlighted in red), the Move Me tool has a useful button on the right edge to optimize the selection. That is, it shrinks the highlighted area to the edges of your object. Below this button are two buttons, one to move the object and one to copy it. The object is saved in a new layer, and you can then drag it to a different spot in your photo.

After your object is saved in a new layer with the Move Me tool, new buttons populate the menu on the right edge. You can use these buttons to duplicate the layer, merge the layer to the photo, or move the object to another photo.

In the upper-left corner of Handy Photo is a static menu with a button to see a timeline of changes that you can return to and button you can tap and hold to see the original photo, and undo and redo buttons. To save a photo, open the menu in the upper-right corner and choose save.

Use Google Translate offline by downloading language packs

Google updated its Google Translate app for Android today to version 2.6. The new version, available for Android 2.3 and up, supports the translation of vertical text in Korean, Japanese, and Chinese with your camera. The big news, however, is that it finally supports offline use with downloadable language packs.

To download one or more of the 50 available language packs, go to Menu > Offline languages, then tap on the pin icon next to the languages you want to download. You'll then be prompted to choose whether to download the files over your mobile data network or over Wi-Fi.

When the language packs begin downloading, you'll see their progress under the Installed section. To test the offline language packs, put your phone in Airplane mode. When using Google Translate in offline mode, you'll see "OFFLINE" underneath the translated text.

Though the offline feature is a welcome addition to Google Translate, keep in mind that it doesn't have all the features of the online version. For example, there's no option to have the translated text read aloud. Also, the iOS version does not yet support offline language packs and there's no word from Google on when or if it will.

Cara Menjalankan Aplikasi Android di PC menggunakan BlueStacks

Aplikasi Android yang jumlahnya hampir mendekati 1 Milyar memang semakin menarik minat para pengembang agar bisa melakukan hal yang sebelumnya mustahil dilakukan seperti menjalankan apliaksi tersebut di komputer berbasis Windows maupun Mac, nah berkat software sederhana bernama BlueStack, kita bisa menjalankan aplikasi Android di komputer, seru kan?

Aplikasi BlueStacks memang baru masuk ke masa beta alias percobaan. Namun, aplikasi ini sudah dapat menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik, yaitu mengizinkan penggunanya mengakses Google Play Store, mengunduh, dan menjalankan aplikasi Android di perangkat PC dan Mac.

Besarnya file installer BlueStacks untuk perangkat PC berbasis Windows tidaklah terlalu besar, yaitu hanya sekitar 8MB saja. Namun, pengguna Mac mungkin akan sedikit keberatan dengan besarnya file instalasi software ini. BlueStacks untuk Mac memiliki file instalasi sebesar 112MB.

Sudah ada lebih dari 700.000 aplikasi yang terdapat di Google Play Store saat ini. Dari sekian banyaknya aplikasi tersebut, sangat sulit bagi konsumen untuk menemukan aplikasi terbaik.

Seperti yang dikutip dari Kompas.com, dengan adanya BlueStacks ini, para pengguna setidaknya bisa mencoba dulu aplikasi Android di PC atau Mac, sebelum mengunduhnya langsung ke ponsel atau perangkat tablet berbasis Android.

Cara Mudah Mengatasi Modem Smartfren EVDO yang Bermasalah

Smartfren merupakan salah satu provider internet berbasis CDMA yang bagus dan harganya cukup terjangkau, saya pernah lihat keponakan saya memakai provider ini bisa buffer cukup lancar di YouTube, pilihan paket internet harian dan bulanan juga menjadi salah satu kelebihan Smartfren.

Namun, belakangan ini rupanya timbul masalah pada layanan Smartfren sehingga mau tidak mau kita musti memutar otak bagaimana caranya agar Smartfren tidak trouble. Nah, setelah browsing dan melihat percakapan kawan-kawan di Social Media, berikut ini adalah gejala/masalah modem Smartfren yang umumnya terjadi:

• Kekuatan sinyal minim, gak samapai batas EVDO
• Kekuatan sinyal penuh, namun untuk browsing aja ngga kuat -_-"
• Kekuatan sinyal nol
• Kekuatan sinyal penuh, namun sering putus sendiri
• Modem cepet panas/overheat.

Kelima problem pada modem Smartfren tersebut bisa sobat atasi dengan beberapa tips berikut ini yang dilami oleh seorang blogger Cirebon Syberart yang diposting dalam blognya berikut ini:

• Gunakan paket yang sinyalnya kuat yaitu paket 95 ribu perbulan.

• Jangan pasang SD memory card karena akan menambah panas suhu modem

• Cobalah untuk selalu menggunakan modem ditempat yang lapang atau agak tinggi (misal lemari). Itu akan membantu modem mendapatkan area sinyal yang lebih baik.

• Sering-sering pantau koneksi jaringan di pop-up smartren. Klo tiba-tiba disconnect segera hubungkan kembali.

• Jangan meminimize aplikasi pop-up smartfren. Biarkan saja, (kasus saya) kalau diminimize sering disconnect sendiri.

• Kalau terjadi disconnect, coba cabut dan pindahkan pada port usb yang lain. Lalu sambungkan kembali, biasanya mau nyambung lagi.

• Hindari pengunaan modem pada jam-jam sibuk. Yaitu Pukul 17.00 - 20.00. pengalaman saya, pada jam-jam tersebut modem sering susah connect dan sinyalnya rendah. Meski sinyal tetap tinggi, namun tetap saja koneksi bernilai nol persen dan gak kuat untuk browsing.

• Kalau http yang kita buka gak mau terbuka jangan tiba-tiba memutuskan koneksi, coba pada browser lain dengan http lain.

• Tune up modem smartfren sobat.

Namun, jika Tips mengatasi Modem Smartfren Error diatas tidak mempan, sobat bisa membaca pengalaman beberapa user seperti di bawah ini:

Berdasarkan pengalamanku masalah itu sering terjadi jika memakai modem langsung nancep ke PC kak, tetapi semenjak memakai wireles EVDO router yg suport dengan modem smart masalah itu teratasi.

• bikin penguat signal misal wajan bolik atau kaleng atau apa saja dech ,,, silahkan googling boleh dg key wajan nungging
• Simpan di rada tinggi sama spt sobat di atas lemari misalnya, gunakan kabel usb extender ,,, silhakan googling key kabel extender.
• dial jangan menggunakan pop up milik smart tapi gunakan koneksi Wireless Terminal di windows
• properties networking setting DNS tunjuk ke DNS milik smart yaitu 10.17.3.244 dan DNS alternate 10.17.3.245
• Alternatif username dan password dial adalah usernm M8 dan pass M8. Menggunakan koneksi M8 = mobile 8 biasanya langsung masuk karena jarang yang pakai.
• Oya untuk mengurang overheat lebih baik modem diletakkan dekat ventilasi rumah agar terkena langsung udara dari luar.
